Xplane now crashing on startup... Gizmo?

Guys,

I am posting this here as currently awaiting feedback from X-aviation support.

So I was flying on XP10 the other night and everything was fine. Closed down xp10 after my flight and turned my computer off (no updates or anything were installed).

Next day I fired my computer back up and went to launch XP10 but it crashes on startup. Restarted computer and the same thing over and over XP10 crashes on startup. Looked at the log.txt which I admit means very little to me and it appears to crash after loading Gizmo. I removed gizmo from the plugins folder and XP10 now loads up and runs. I say runs as now XP10 never gets above 3FPS whereas previously it had always ran around 30FPS. And as Gizmo is now removed Skymaxx pro/soundmaxx etc do not work. If I try putting the gizmo plugin back in nothing happens and it goes back to crashing everytime I try and run XP10. Extremely frustrated now.

I have attached 4 files. 2 are the log.txt (one with gizmo installed (crashing) one without) and 2 x Gizmo log files (again one with it installed one without).

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Rhys B

I am posting this here as after almost 2 days I still have had nothing back from X-aviation support.

I guess that means you didn't read anything in the big red text after you submitted your support ticket on X-Aviation. It reads as follows:

A support ticket has been created and a copy of it with your support ticket number has been sent to your e-mail on file.

If you send multiple e-mails this will delay our response to you. Do not do this! Typical response time is 3 days or less.

Cameron,

Apologies on this I misworded my original post as purely wanted to see if anyone on the forum could help in the meantime. I have edited my previous post to reflect this and to not cause any offence.
