What you are asking about is standard X-Plane functionality, which is explained in the manual included in your X-Plane installation (Instructions folder).  The trim button on the yoke in the Corvalis is not functional as it would be impractical.  However, aileron trim and elevator trim can be controlled with keystrokes OR you can assign a joystick button/switch.  See the appropriate chapter in the X-Plane manual as well as the "Settings" > "Joystick and Equipment" menu in X-Plane .

Thanks for the help, I have assigned one of my wheels on the joystick for trim, it works but extremely sensitive is there a way to change this
