Arctic Air Cargo Hauler Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 Hi,I am not one to usually complain, however 2 days ago I bought the BAE 32 from XAviation, and when I registered I used by accident the wrong email address. WHen I try to login so I can download and use the plane I paid for it says my username/login is wrong. I contacted Cameron numerous times on his site, plus through this site and as yet still haven't gotten any help whatsoever. I even started an online chat and then was dissconnected.I have read on this site that they are helpful etc, but as yet I have not been given any help in being able to use the product I paid for.Does anyone know how I go about getting help and or answers from the people at XAviation? jkieffer1957 Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 I don't know if you have resolved this problem yet. But I had a similiar issue with the A340 SAAB. It turned out to be the security protection of Windows IE. I changed over to FirFox Mozilla and turned off my security firewall and virus checker and was able to dowload their products fine.
