madair Posted March 6, 2015 Report Posted March 6, 2015 I did raise this as a follow on to a previous point but it may have been overlooked. I had issues with the door on the 340 which I appear to have resolved by reinstall. It occurred to me however that the process I was using might have caused the corruption. Whenever I want to open the main door I believe this can only be achieved from inside the cabin. The get to where I need to be I go into checklist/internal walk round/smoke hoods which puts me opposite the door. I then swing round and do what I need to open the door. This method seems to work. Is there a more straight forward way of setting up a camera view inside the door so I can readily do the necessary each time? I am relatively new to x plane so I might be missing something obvious but research so far has not given me any answers. Martin Quote
JGregory Posted March 6, 2015 Report Posted March 6, 2015 Put the camera in the position you want... then press "control" + Keypad[num] to save the view for future use. The Keypad[num] can be any of the numeric keys on your keypad. When you want to use that view simply press the Keypad[num] and the camera will move to that position. Quote
