ivank_1 Posted October 15 Report Posted October 15 Hi, I bought this aircraft a few months ago, but it flies pretty strangely and has quite a few bugs, both with the autopilot and other systems. Are there any plans to update it, or has the project been abandoned? Judging by this forum, the last update was three years ago, which is a bit disappointing. Quote

Given how quiet this forum has been, it’s a fair question. The project hasn’t been abandoned. It’s been the opposite: for the last nine or ten months I’ve been rebuilding the aircraft from the ground up as Version 3, and that’s why version 2 hasn’t had an update in so long. Rather than keep patching the old code, I replaced it. In short, the systems have been rewritten from scratch as a native plugin and modelled on the DC-3’s own maintenance and engine manuals, the autopilot included. The airframe and both cockpits have been mostly remodelled as well. I don’t have a release date to share yet, but I’ll post here as soon as there’s more to say. Goran Quote
