Can you load a downloaded flight plan?

Hi,

 

on the 737 i was flying before I could hit the LD button and load a pre-made flight plan instead of typing it in. Is there a way to do this with the CRJ-200? if so what directory to I save the downloaded flight plan.

No, this is not possible on the CRJ because the flight plan format for the FMC is custom.
