LES support ?

Has LES discontinued support for some of it's products ? I'm having difficulty betting support for thr Dc-3 trough the support forum a very nice product, just need some help. Am I going to the right place ?

At this time of night, I'm eating dinner and relaxing, Theo is doing the same thing and Cameron and Jim, who live in the US are most likely sleeping.

If you have a support question for the DC-3, you'll need to start a new topic in these forums and one of us will get back to you as soon as reasonably possible.

Thanks for the reply my first question on that forum was posted on the 24th of may and there have been no replies, but I am really pleased that I have made contact now, enjoy your dinner and sorry to be a pest, but have a look at that post and see if you canhelp me
