Boeing 777-200LR

I looked everywhere on internet but I cannot seem to find what I'm looking for. I understand the boeing 777-200LR flew nonstop from Hongkong to London, England eastward. Do you guys know how high did the boeing 777-200LR flew at when it flew from Hongkong to London, England eastward, best power settings, and the best cruise speed? Right now, I'm flying from Reno, Nevada to Cape town, South Africa in the boeing 777-200 LR on boeing 777 worldliner pro extended for x-plane 10. Thanks!
