Altitude Pre-Alert selector

Wondering if it is possible to assign a key/yoke button/s to adjust the APA selector in xplane for the saab?  

 

Can do it no prob with the mouse, but is there another option in xplane say if I purchased an external usb selector module?

No, it is not possible to assign a keystroke or button to the altitude preselect.
