Saab 340A propellers spinning and rudder and stabalizer moving on their own when parked with no power

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

 

When start a flight with the saab using real wheather, the propellers are spinning even though the engines are off, and the rudder and horizontal stabilizer are fluttering back and fourth? (And no, i didn't start it in the middle of a hurricane)

 

Eventually the propellers are spinning at full speed, even though there is no sound and the plane hasn't even been started yet.

That would be wind. It's not a "problem". It's how X-Plane simulates it.
