Hello once again and a happy olympic sunday to everyone :D

I converted Iqaluit airport from FS9 to X Plane with FS2X-Plane. After the conversion all the objects are there but only half of them has a texture. The other half is just plain white. Why??? I tried to figure out the corresponding texture files for the objects but i had no luck. You can see in the attached pictures that this is only the problem with some of the buildings. And they have signs on them and they are textured. Is there any way to give those objects textures??

Thanks,

If you look in the text file report FS2XP gives you, it will say it couldn't find "x" texture.  What you need to do is, before you convert, find and move that missing texture to where FS2XP is looking for it, then convert the scenery.  That usually fixes these kinds of things.

Well, thats my problem that the textures have other names then the objects, so i can't find them.

Or another thing is that there is for example a DHC-3 included in the scenery. The texture for that is in an extra folder. So when i convert that it says "Couldn't find texture for DHC-3". I tried moving the .bmp files out of the extra folder and put them into the normal texture folder. But still no luck. :(

It's a really stupid problem.

Found the reason.

There are simply no textures for those objects. the author coloured them in and so they need no textures. The stupid thing is only that those colours are not converted to X Plane :(
