LES DC3 V2 no function in Master Magneto and Battery Switch

After updating license for DC3 V2 there are Battery and Master Magneto swich not operable.

Consequently there is no electricity in the plane and the other functions who need it, are not in operation. The switches themselves without the Magneto switch are operable but without any reaction (up and down).

I had new downloaded the model and installed, but it is all the same failure.

 

 

What can I do ?

The DC3 is not activated.  We don't handle activations.  You'll need to contact X-Aviation customer support for this one.

Have the same problem with 'IXEG737 Classic Plus

Is this the reason like DC3 with the activation

I can't tell you with any certainty.  Activation is fully handled by support.  If it's the same problem, my guess is yes, it's an activation issue.
