If all licenses are "used up", then yes, you can ask for another one though XA reserves the right of refusal. I've not seen any reasonable situation refused though, certainly we want customers to be happy and not inconvencienced....and by reasonable, I mean we're computer savvy geeks and pretty much know when licenses are being abused vs. bona-fide use cases that causes licensing issues....though we don't see as much of that now as we used to due to improvements in the system. Its not unlike iTunes authorization of machines.....its generous enough for normal, honest situations and the occasional "stuff happens" is infrequent enough that both a customer and XA can stand a email exchange to resolve the issue once every 2-3 years for the frequent "computer swapper"...which we know there are a few out there.
