[In Progress] Mini-RNAV Suggestion

As practical as it is, I would prefer two things altered:

 

1.) inputs should also be accepted in small letters ISO capital letters only (that's at least how it works here)

 

2.) the term "HDG" in both the Mini-RNAV and the pop-up should either be labelled "TRUE HDG" or its value should be calculated as magnetic heading. I would prefer magnetic heading to be indicated as flying true headings in areas with large magnetic variations makes it necessary to have the variation variable permanently displayed (presently flying in Alaskan Airspace with variation ~23°E.

X-Plane's FIX database does not have any IDs with lower case letters, so no point in allowing lower case input.

So, why not automatically convert every input to upper case letters - just for practical reasons?
