Redownload with new computer.

I do my best with computer issues.  I know more than I used to know, but that isn't saying much.  

I recently got a new desktop to fly X-Plane.  I tried to copy the CL650 from my old NVMe.  Of course that didn't work, it left out plugins.  So I went to the X site, found my purchases and it showed unlimited downloads.  I downloaded the installer, and it wanted my email.  I put that in and selected "Next".  Then I got an error message that said I hadn't included a "value".  Huh?  The only thing there to fill in was the e-mail.  There was nothing about any "value".  So I am stuck.  What did I leave out and how can I fix it? What value are they talking about?
