In watching the video below, I noticed that XPG v11.10 coulds do not move, whenever the aircraft is stationary. 1) Why are they stationary - dependent on aircraft movement?2) Is cloud movement independent of the aircraft in third-party Weather add-ons for XPG v11.10?3) Which vendor has the most realistic cloud movement independent of the aircraftm, that is compatible with XPG v11.10? Simmo W Posted January 31, 2013 Report Posted January 31, 2013 Sorry, the clouds never move. No third party alternatives either, except to change textures, but addons like REX aren't available yet. IMHO Austin needs to admit the cloud puffs didn't work and p...pppay an expert third party to come up with a better system. 2

FloB Posted January 31, 2013 Report Posted January 31, 2013 Somehow I think that clouds actually were moving in early 10.02 versions and that they spread to the horizon too. But I could be wrong. But I'm sure that clouds used to be a ultimate FPS killer in those early versions too.There is definately a lot of work needed to make the clouds / weather and behave plausible. I fear the list of what's still wrong with XP10 is quite long and progress is obviously slow... Flo
