JRollon CRJ-200 cannot reinitialize plane (fire alarm problem)

Running XP 10 Global 10.20 Beta version 11 - and I got a fire in engine.  Restarted XP and fire alarm still running?  WHY doesn't the plane re-initalize in undamaged conditon?

ALL FAILURES are disabled.

What am I missing

 

Read tutorial, addendum, yada yada.

 

and i though the NGX was a major PITA to learn!

 

Please can someone help?

 

I prefer not to cold start.

 

There SHOULD be a way to reconfigure the plane to proper conditon (no damage).

What is this "HANGAR" I read about?

 

How do I put this plane in for repairs (reinitialize to default condition)?

A restart of X-Plane should have done it. What happens if you open a new aircraft?

Sometimes X-Plane over-eagerly saves state across sessions. 

Go to Settings -> Operations&Warning. Un-check the box "save preferences". Restart X-Plane. Re-check the box.
