Heavy reflections

Hi all

Some way to eliminate the reflections on the windscreen, they are very exaggerated and often you can't see out.....

I agree, I was indeed going to open a thread about this.
I like reflexions because they introduce an element of realism, but since X-Plane 12.2  the reflexions on the canopy are exaggerated and it gets difficult to see out in most circumstances.
I haven't fond a way to disable them.

Open these files and change GLOBAL_specular to 0.5

Thank you for that. I tried it and it works. I left them at 0.9 to get a little of reflections. What I would like to see, though, is an official function implemented in the add-on itself, so you don't have to rely on work-arounds or hacks.

We'll be rolling out the fix with the next update. X-Plane 12.2 changed this behavior dramatically.
