Prop RPM

Are the prop RPM needles supposed to jump around. I can never get them to stay put. They to want to redline.  Also does the a/c model engine failure for running the props above the redline

For the needles, set your flight models per frame to 2 or 3 (Found under Setting/Operations and Warnings)

And yes, the engines will fail if you run the engines past redline for too long.

Hi, guys!

I looked at the charts in the dc-3 manual but I cannot read them because the printouts are too small. What is the best prop RPM, best throttle setting, best mixture setting, and the best altitude for the longest range flight? Thanks!
