How Can You Toggle Auto Pilot ON and OFF Via Joystick?

The subject says it all!  I've looked all through the basic and advanced joystick options but the option I had in 9.2.x has either moved or been eliminated in 9.4.x.

In one of the bottom right areas of the joystick button assignments window (pretty much the last assignments available in the window) I see buttons for autopilot up and down. This is for version 9.44.
