How accurate is the Flight dynamics on this bird?. I have more than 300 hours in a BE-76 and one of the main quarks of this bird is it tends to balloon when adding flaps so  nose down trim is req  and. of course the counter-rotating props negate P-factor. are these things modeled?

You certainly have a lot more hours than I do.

To answer your questions, if I recall (It's been a while since I've flown one) deploying flaps pitches the nose down a couple degrees.  I can certainly check this out and correct it.

Counter rotating props that negate P-Factor ARE modeled.

the nose down that your experiencing is actually the plane fighting the ballooning tendency...If your trimmed for 85 knots and you add a notch of flaps you get a nose down motion with a slight rise in VS.
