beechcaptain Posted June 3 Report Posted June 3 My flight sim pc developed catastrophic boot disk failure - either bad sector or related motherboard issue. I've got a new 2 tb ssd m.2 drive ordered. I'm wondering if any of the x-aviation related addons (aircraft mostly) require installation of certain files from X-Aviation plugin - in the c:\user\app data\roaming section of the c: drive and/or in any of the program sections as well? Reason I ask, all of my xplane 12 installs and addons are on my d: drive which should still be functional. I am putting together a list of what I need to reinstall on the new c: drive once it arrives and am hoping not many related to xp12 addons will need to be reinstalled. Kindest regards & clear skies! Cameron Posted June 3 Report Posted June 3 Everything is self-contained in the X-Plane folder structures, so no need to worry about anything else. You should be good to go! 1 Quote
