AlexCohrs Posted November 8, 2012 Report Posted November 8, 2012 Hi guys, for the first time I have a problem with one of your CRJ updates. When I run the installer, chose the X-Plane directory (yes, the main X-Plane folder), as every time the installer tells me that he needs to uninstall the previous version. But different to former times, now the installer fails to uninstall it.I am running X-Plane 10.11 (Final) on my Mac OSX 10.8.2. I have attached the error message as a screenshot and also the previous dialog window to prove I did chose the X-Plane main folder.Would be great if you guys had a look onto it.Alex
Cameron Posted November 8, 2012 Report Posted November 8, 2012 Looks like you have removed files it is looking for, thus a failure. Delete the 'Uninstall CRJ' file located in your X-Plane folder and re-run the installer.
AlexCohrs Posted November 9, 2012 Author Report Posted November 9, 2012 Hi Cameron, thank you for the fast reply, great support! The installer worked now after I did what you suggested - so it appears my problem is already solved.Thank you again,Alex
