I have everything set to always working on the equipment failres tabs (all of them), yet every long flight, loads of equipment fails on the aircraft.

I have now mapped a button for the 'reset all failures', but what is wrong with my setup or is this a known bug?

When it occurs and on checking the failures tab I get the red flashing failed on equipment that was set to not fail. Resetting the failure clears it.

On the failures main page set the number at the bottom to the max number. Since 9.5 failures appear sooooo much more often than they used to. That solves the issue.

I hadn't even noticed that tickbox before - says it overrides all others, set it to max for now, if that gives no joy, I'll untick it.
