inktomi Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 Hello!One thing I've been wondering about this scenery is whether or not it includes things like gates at major airports, or if they're "just" the default XPlane airports overlayed with the nicer imagery?
Kiedels Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 I haven't bought any of the scenery, but I think the scenery only contains satellite pictures. So I guess there won't be any 3D airports. :'(

RealScenery airports are layouts only, and the new NorCal imagery will have full airport edits to match the underlying imagery. You can use Overlay Editor to place generic buildings and gates at any airport you choose. There are also ways in which you can import 3D objects from MSFS as well. I cannot cannot resell any MSFS conversions since these are not my products and I don't have rights to do so. However, many people have successfully converted scenery.
