I emailed support using the supplied form via the website but have not received a response so I figured I'd post here.

If a support agent could please contact me via email or DM I would appreciate it. I purchased the Corvalis TT and downloaded it. I've attempted to authenticate it inside X-plane several times but it ultimately fails each time - says "error - after it shows authenticating. I tried using an incorrect password to test and I recieved a different message. It appears the plane is authenticating my email/password (works) but when it tries to release the airplane I receive an error.

I am left with 2 x-aviation watermarks on the screen and the engine dies after 5 mins.

I look forward to getting this working.

Support is answered in the order received. As of the time of posting it is/was less than one day since your writing in.
