There is a default C172 that is pretty good, 3d cockpit and reasonably accurate flight model.

There is a C152 available at X-Aviation.com.

I'm not sure about the R44, though I'm sure there would be a basic one for free at X-Plane.org.

Re the computer. It should be fine.

There are several other Cessnas available, too. Jason Chandler has the C150, C172 and a couple different C182's. Carenado has the C152 II and the C172N.
