Bug report: Minor details

As always: Thanks for this amazing plane!

Going through the plane with the PTM next to me, I noticed some minor issues. None of them are deal-breaking but it would be nice if they would be fixed at some point in time.

• The "ident / voice" switch is only a 2-position switch (I guess it's not even modeled right now, but a center "off" position just doesn't make sense for the switch)
• The audio volume (headphone or speaker) is not coupled to the actual COM volume(s). That means I can't control the COM volume via the dials on VATSIM for example
• COM1 is not usable with the battery switch set to EMER. The COM device itself lights up, but xPilot is not picking it up as active, so I guess it's not really turned on internally
• The flood light should be powered with the battery switch set to EMER
• The door lock indicator colors are reversed: green means locked
• The upper and lower indicators are not working (only black, no matter if the door is locked or not). There should be 5 indicators in total
• The OFF position of the windshield bleed switches seems to be wrong. I've never seen the switches in the "180°" position. They should stop one notch before that (where the OFF indication is).
