GFC500 Altitude selector knob wont work.

I have a Realsimgear GFC500 installed in my panel and two G5 using AirManager. Everything works but the VNAV button and Altitude Selector knob on my GFC500. I am not sure why.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

That is likely something with the aircraft being used, specifically the autopilot model equipped in the virtual aircraft being used.
