How long does it normally take X-Aviation to respond to your ticket?

It has been 4 day's sense I made a ticket on x-avations forms and no response yet. Just would like to know how much longer I have to wait.

I am waiting for 3 weeks and I just created another ticked, seems like nobody over ther care about the customers.

Usually takes a few days, but sometimes they can be slow during busy times. I’d say give it about 3-5 days for a response, but if it's urgent, it's worth following up after that.
