G500 will not initialize in xplane 12 with the 172SP. The pfd screen flashes something, can't tell and then goes blank.

purchased the v1.3.0 realsim g500 this morning and installed.  Running Xplane 12.

Load the 172SP which came with purchase and when loading ac the PFD display does not initialize when i power the ac up.
