I bought the M20 colletion and when I try to install the .exe file I got this message on the picture below.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

You need to change your user interface scaling back to 100% in your operating system's settings.

Mine is 100% and I still have the same problem.

Have you rebooted the PC since then? Can you screenshot the settings window, please? I believe it’s under Display.

I did rebooted the computer before.

Here is what is happening.

Something has increased the font size, because these Explorer screenshots are NOT normal. And that is why you can't see the Username and Password fields in the installer.

And under Advanced scaling? Text size?

i used the snipping tool to make the screenshot, that's why it looks big.

Ah, sorry. That’s not what I meant. I mean the text in the Explorer panes and location bar has been increased in size compared to normal. You need to find what setting has done this and change it back to default.

You are correct, here what i found.

After I changed to 175 I was able to see a location to put my log name and password.

I mean, I turnrd off custom scaling and signed off, and the problem was fixed.
