Instrument light issue

Instrument light controls PFD and MFD brightness regardless if auto or manual brightness control was chosen in PFD. In case if MANUAL mode was chosen, then the PFD/MFD brightness would be controlled only by FMS knob.

This bug is logged internally for the next update. This is due to X-Plane changing the brightness feature in the X1000 and some internals need to be shuffled to accommodate that.
