HeemBeam1 Posted January 25 Report Posted January 25 I bought the G5 couple hours ago and I followed the instructions, it shows up in the sim but it is inoperable. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it does the samething. You can see in the upper left while in the cockpit it does operate. It also does not work on the 172.
Cameron Posted January 26 Report Posted January 26 Your log shows there is no X-Aviation plugin installed. Looks like your antivirus has quarantined it and removed it from X-Plane.

My question is do I need to have my anti virus off anytime I need to use it?

I would recommend at least creating an exclusion for the X-Plane folder though!
