What is checklists annotation encircled 1+2?

What is meant by the encircled 1+2 on the right of the checklist item? This annotation appears in a few places through the checklists.

I searched the OpRef manual for “circle” and “encircled” but came up no joy. Looks like searching on “symbol” would have been a good bet.

My follow-up search was going to be what do the SF, RD, and CR acronyms that I see mean. Had I done that I might have found the answer you provided. 

I’m continuing to study this study level wonder by reading the included docs and following the checklists.
