Problem with starting the game

In the Demo version of Xplane, I was able to play normally, but after purchasing the game, when I open it, it simply closes, and leaves no error message. Even the demo version of Xplane no longer works. I formatted it on the PC, but it still didn't solve the problem.

Welcome to X-Plane! Hopefully we can give you some guidance.

Inside of your X-Plane folder you'll find a file called Log.txt. Can you upload that as an attachment here so we can take a look?
