Hot start challenger 650

I am currently having issues with the hot start challenger and I can not get any screen to come on including the FMC. I have tried troubleshooting within the sim with the circuit breakers and creating a new airframe. I have verified I am on the most current version and that my product was verified. I have tried various sources of power in the airplane as well along with the brightness. I even tried a fresh install of the airplane as well. I have also searched the forums as well and none of the solutions have worked. 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
