Downloader 10.8 "*FAIL: Access Denied"

I purchase the RS Enhanced: Island of Oahu scenery through x-aviation, and when using Downloader 10.8, the file oahu.zip with 868.14mb failed to download. The message displayed to the right of the file is "*Fail: Access Denied".

How do I correct this issue?

I had this too, make sure your X-Plane Folder is not on your desktop.
