"Be Advised" warning every time I use the SR22

I will attach a screenshot of the dialog box as well as the X-Plane Log. I continually get this error even after changing the said directory permissions to read/write. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually it seems to be working as intended now. I just removed that prefs.txt file and started the sim again. Message no longer pops up.

Yes, this is an X-Plane bug.
