IXEG 1.5.2 Download time very slow

Hey guys,

yesterday I downloaded the installer for the IXEG 1.5.2. It downloads the data with ~25kb/s. Thus it needs 13-15h! 
Any idea why its so super slow. I do have a fast internet connection.
