Hiroaki Posted April 13 Report Posted April 13 (edited) I have two RSG G5 software licenses installed 2 sim PCs (it's because I use Master and View only). One of RSG G5 software (master) is showing blank in G5 screen. Tried to re-install and validate the license 4 times already. Can anyone here help? No error show up. Edited April 13 by Hiroaki Quote

Coop Posted April 17 Report Posted April 17 It appears that you are not signed into your X-Aviation account in Gizmo, so the G5s aren't activating. Sometimes the sign in window doesn't appear on X-Plane monitor when it is positioned at a negative display coordinate, as shown here. Temporarily open X-Plane in windowed mode instead of full screen and then the sign in dialog should show up. 1 Quote
