Torquesim SR22 installation problem

Could anybody help me with reloading the Torquesim SR22 App to X-Plane 12, please. Each time I try after starting the installation it asks for my email address which I write in, the installation app replies "You need to specify a value" at which point I cannot finish the installation.. I followed all the X-Aviation suggestions including removing all TorqueSim and X-Aviation files and folders from my computer. No improvement! Please help. Thanks.

There’s a password field also. If you can’t see it change your screen scaling, text size, UI scaling, etc., whatever it is on the OS you’re using.
