I've recently gotten back into the Challenger after a pretty long break and I assume a few updates. I have been flying almost exclusively in icing conditions on my now 4 consecutive flights on different days in the Midwest region and have noticed that the windshield seems to fog up intensely and refuses to defog with Hi heat or all anti ice systems on for that matter. Not sure if this is a bug or if im just doing something wrong. I attached some pictures below...

I am using X-Plane 12. Sorry if this has already been addressed, I couldn't find it on the forum.

Update - I continued to let the sim run after landing and accumulated more ice. I noticed the value for the "windo" ice was now as 0.84 and increasing with window heat on high. If the heat system is simply being overpowered by the amount of snow falling in KATW on real world weather I can understand that but i'm honestly not sure.

Reopening this now as it seems like X-Plane-12.0.8-beta-2 addresses the bug. Currently running X-Plane-12.0.8-rc-1 and it seems like all default aircraft now have correct windshield defrost/heat/anti-ice, however the CL650 and other payware aircraft (I've also tried the Airfoillabs King Air 350) do not have working windshield heat. Any idea why this might be the case?
