no sound

I have no sounds, I don't understand. I've just installed the new 1.5.2 update and ground power has no effect. In the xp12 sounds parameter, the external and internal volume bars are at the extreme minimum, I try to put the bars at maximum volume, it always comes back minimum.
Need help please.

I think you should use the volume sliders in the plane’s settings window, it has its own sound engine. But that might be unrelated to your issue.

The DRM is failing to validate your purchase. You should remove all other third party plugins and scenery except Gizmo64.
