Passenger screen in back

I have x plane 12 window. The screen in the back has come on a few times. But I’m not sure how I did it. I follow the check lists. Have made many successful flights. Some with the screen working most of the time not. If anyone know how to turn this on I would appreciate it.

In the cabin or the galley? Utility power push button is required for both, if I recall.

The galley screen works every time. The flight info screen in the cabin. Most times I walk back there and it’s black ( not on) .
