clarkmueller Posted October 27, 2023 Report Posted October 27, 2023 I'm observing that enabling the YD doesn't seem to keep the aircraft coordinated. This is easy to reproduce by taking off and going into a full power climb, where right rudder would be required. Turning on the YD does not compensate for this, and I have to keep the aircraft coordinated using my rudder pedals. By taking my feet off the rudder pedals entirely, and toggling the YD on and off every few seconds, it appears to have no impact at all on the aircraft. Very different from flying the real aircraft. Is this expected? I'm running version 2.0.1 of the SR22TN, and up to date on X-Plane as well. My yaw axis is bound to a set of Saitek rudder pedals. Thanks. Quote
clarkmueller Posted December 5, 2023 Author Report Posted December 5, 2023 I haven't seen any response to this question. Any suggestions on how to correct this behavior? It continues in the latest XP12 and with product version 2.0.2. I have seen some references in the XP developer documentation to autopilot constants that don't appear to be configured for this aircraft, so I assume that may be related. If I can provide any other information to diagnose the problem, please let me know. Thanks. Quote

clarkmueller Posted July 13 Author Report Posted July 13 Is there any insight on when this update might be coming? I'm hoping to pick up this change soon, and it's been several months since the 2.0.2 update. Quote
