UPDATED: They responded back. The issue have been resolved. 

I submitted a support ticket four or five days ago, but I haven't received any communication or acknowledgment from the X-Aviation support team. I understand that they might be dealing with a high volume of requests, but the lack of response is starting to become a concern for me.

I'm wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience or can provide some guidance on what to do in this situation. Should I wait a bit longer for a response, or would it be advisable to submit another ticket in case the first one was missed?

Your insights and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

It's always advisable to wait, they don't like duplicate tickets. Double check your e-mail spam folder, etc. Maybe they'll see this post and check the history.

Pils, thank you for your reply. I'm glad I asked that. I am tempted to fly the Hot Start Challenger, and it's hard to see it being untouched after spending $115 on it. Hopefully, they will respond back soon.

My advice is also this: if you or another person has signed into another account from the PC in question (which is what the error message indicates), even if it was for innocent reasons, then be 100% transparent with Support about how and why. Do not try to hoodwink them.
