instal problem with gizmo

Good morning
I have just reinstalled win 10 (disk C) my simu is on D: I have just reinstalled several times from my hotstart account I deleted cl650 on xp/plugin but I have a gizmo window which tells me that it is not installed I have also deactivate the antivirus for the installation sorry for my ignorance I need help many thanks in advance Eric (french pilot)
