When trying to activate it states that "Your machine is registated to a different user". (Which is also me) I have tried contact Xaviation on their email but never got a reply. Hoping for help here.

In order to assist you further, could you please provide your support ticket number that you received when you contacted X-Aviation via email? Once we have that, we'll be able to better assist and look into the issue.
