I need some help solving an issue.

My friend and I were flying in shared cockpit the other night when his computer blue screened. He got his computer loaded back up and the sim reconnected, however we couldn't reconnect back to the shared cockpit. He usually hosts and we haven't had any issues until this happened. We have tried rebooting the game, rebooting our computers, rebooting routers, uninstalling with the .exe and reinstalling, and checking the X-Plane 12 file integrity on steam. Nothing has worked. We've tried changing who hosts and that hasn't worked. When one of us tries to connect to the other, we get a "Cannot connect to tcp://12.345.678.900:8205: Unknown error".

I know people will ask what his computer blue screened for, he said it was GPU overheat when he checked his log.

I suggest looking at: (a) router port forwarding/UPnP configuration; (b) Windows(?) firewall; and, (c) resetting the aircraft settings/persistence by removing Output/CL650/ directory (backing up if necessary) from X-Plane. Also please attach Log.txt from X-Plane in the future.
